Lu Zhao kept his thoughts to himself and silently placed the plate on the small table.

Luo Ying had no idea Lu Zhao would be so astute. She made a decision about which activities she would attend and hung up the phone.

"Wen Yu said you had low blood sugar last night." Lu Zhao sat by the bed. He had been too drunk to notice last night. Luo Ying's lips did seem pale today. "I hadn't noticed. It's all my fault."

Luo Ying shook her head. "How could that be? I was just careless."

"I've asked the kitchen to make some light porridge. Have some first." Lu Zhao paused. "Your hand is weak. Would you permit me to help you?"

Two devils propped up in Luo Ying's heart.

One devil reminded her that they had just argued yesterday, and now she was considering allowing Lu Zhao to feed her porridge. This hardly seemed dignified!
