章 66: Somewhat One-sided

Arsh's eyes widened at the absurd request of his teacher. He shook his head haphazardly to somehow deny it. But it was of no use whatsoever. Miss Jena was just too insistent that it had to be him.

"....I am not even that strong!"

Arsh replied in a shaking voice, looking at his teacher with pleading eyes.

"That is even more of the reason why I want it to be you. Otherwise, how can anyone explain you're being here in this academy? Now! leave the chatter alone and come at me."

Arsh looked around for help from his classmates, finally turning to his bespectacled bench mate. The guy named Stuart. The same guy who was partially responsible for all of this.

"My Condolences."

He smiled at Arsh's adversity sheepishly, adding salt to his fresh wounds. Letting Arsh know that he had no other choice but to comply with the damned request.
