Izabella and Ryan knew that they were going to be betrothed to each other long before they actually met in person.

When Ryan had one foot up the rooftop, the first thing he saw was Izabella, who was climbing up a rope ladder that hung from a helicopter.

Two gunshots later, Izabella fell to the ground with a yelp. The helicopter had no other choice but to leave.
