Alix raised her eyes to glare hard at him, she wondered helplessly why he wanted only her for his heir. "I can't do that, you see am sorry for messing with you but the truth is I am not interested in all this. I just want to go home, let me go home please." Alix mumbled with a pleading expression, she looked helplessly and lost.
"I can't just let you go, I need an heir to my empire and I want you to be the mother of my heir. No one else, if you keep refusing to accept my request then I will keep you locked in here. " Ace muttered in a cold tone, he turned around ready to walk away after giving her his piece.
"You are a demon, you are a devil, you are heartless. How can you do this to me? I have never offended you or come across your path, what hatred do you have for me?" Alix asked raising her head, she stared at him with a disgusted expression. "My marriage got called off, my fiancee cheated with my sister I never wanted her to do that. I never wanted to be here at first, I wanted to die after all those experiences. Why did you save me? Did you save me to make my life a living hell tell me?"
"This demon has decided to make you his. you can't escape from him now" Ace mumbled to himself.
Alix questioned in an outburst, tears flowing down her cheeks remembering all that had happened in the space of three days leaving her helpless. She never wanted all this, all she wanted was to live happily ever after with her fiancee but what happened her whole life got messed up in one day. Ace glanced at the crying girl with an expressionless face, he didn't know what to say to her. He knew he had to break her resolve to make her agree to him, he needed an heir and that was his top priority he didn't care about her life.
"If you don't agree to my request then am afraid your family will have to suffer and pay for your actions, am sure you have figured out who I am and what I can do. Wait the doctor told you didn't he? You should make a wise decision if you don't want your family to suffer." Ace told, he brought out his phone from his pocket and threw it at her. On the screen news about the falling stocks of Dennison, enterprises were falling drastically, Alix's hands shook as she picked up the phone from the bed more tears fell through her eyes reading the news.
She shook and shivered in tears and fear staring at the screen, the phone fell from her hand onto the bed showing how terrified she was. Ace walked up to her, and he did up the phone from the bed "I also heard that your poor mother collapsed, she fainted in anticipation waiting for her missing daughter. Your brother is currently working tooth and nail to solve this problem, you could help them solve all this by agreeing to my request else it will be worse by the day." Ace mumbled expressionless turning to walk out of the room.
Alix felt tears blurring her gaze as he walked out of the room, she felt this was all her fault she was the reason all this was happening to her family. Her poor mother had fainted, and she was scared for her light-hearted Mother.
"Also remember, escaping here is not an option you won't be able to. Even if you manage to return to your family, I make their lives a living hell. And you will have to remember that everything is your fault and no one else but you." Ace remarked breaking her final resolve before walking out of the room, he shut the door behind him.
Alix broke down in tears on the floor, she couldn't possibly do anything about it he was way too powerful for her fight. She knew he was right whatever was happening to her family was all her fault right now but she didn't want to get tangled in a loveless marriage for the rest of her life. She had always dreamt of marrying and living happily with her husband, she didn't want to get married to someone as heartless and mean as he was. No, she didn't, her life would be ruined.
But who was she kidding, she couldn't let get fairytale life dreams to ruin her family and all there had worked hard for. She could not let that happen to them, she couldn't act selfishly. Downstairs outside the mansion Ace climbed into the car, with Taylor holding the door out for him. After he got in Taylor shut the door and got into the passenger seat at the front with the driver. "Master, I did as you have told me to. I am currently buying stocks from the enterprise secretly without anyone's notice." Taylor told Ace as the driver drove out of the mansion.
"Continue buying stocks, release more negative news about them, leave them helpless." Ace muttered in a monotone staring out the window. "But the master isn't this too heartless? They can't possibly deal with this for long, it would their downfall if your father finds out it could prove to be bad for you." Taylor remarked,
"I don't care if he finds out, I can always fix this. I need to break someone's resolve now, if I don't she will continue being adamant." Ace muttered in a cold tone, he opened his laptop and began working on it.
"Do as I say without second thoughts, I know you are too stiff Taylor so don't let your heart guide you astray," Ace muttered to which Taylor nodded helplessly. "Yes master I understand, what should I do about the sister and the fiance? Should I let them be for now?" Taylor asked about Sophia and Jade.
"Let them be, for now, if she ( Alix ) Agrees to my request then we can teach them a lesson." Ace muttered and Taylor nodded.
