Lyle glanced at the praetor. His wounds were obviously not light and Lyle was able to sense and smell his blood, which was different from normal blood as he was a Titled Knight. The more powerful a being, the more potent their blood and the stronger the smell that Lyle would sense.

Every single person's blood had a different smell to it, and thanks to Lyle's current strength as well as the fact that his [ Blood Manipulation ] ability was level 3, he was able to actually recognize people simply by smelling their blood, which was quite an interesting thing as Lyle previously was unable to do that.

'Is it because of my ability has reached level 3, or because of my current rank, or maybe a combination of both?' Lyle thought as he nodded to the praetor before he started talking.
