Damien and Safira looked at each other, then back at the mayor.

"Zozo?" Damien mused.

Mylzo crossed her arms as she pouted, "Yes, Zozo! Is it really that hard to believe? Everyone has that reaction when they hear it for the first time."

"That's because it's weird, Mayor!" A voice shot out from behind them.

It belonged to a resident of the town, Inum, who came up to introduce himself to Safira and Damien.

"Please don't mind Mayor Mylzo, she thinks she has a sense of humor," Inum sighed while shaking his head.

Mylzo smirked as she placed a hand on Inum's shoulder as she added, "Don't mind Inum, he's a bit of a boring old mutt."

"Hey!" Inum chased Mylzo while growling, inciting laughter from Damien and Safira.

They were just like the wolves of their pack that they were used to. Always teasing one another and getting on each other's nerves.

"So, you two are looking for a place to stay?" Mylzo asked while she had Inum in a headlock under her arm.
