章 150: An Ancient Weapon Part 5

The monster roared again, causing violent sea spouts to appear and circle around it as the orange lightning danced in the sky.

"I can feel the mana of this thing!" Fey said. "It is a monster of some kind!"

"No shit!" Dax said. He armed his bow with the arrow in his hand and prepared to fire. As he pulled back the string, swirls of green light swirled rapidly around him, pushing away the sand near him.

"Target confirmed." A soft feminine voice said. "Unleashing two percent power output."

Dax released the arrow and it shot through the sky as a massive blast of green energy. It struck the worm, and the force of the impact cut it in two. The top half flying high into the air, as the bottom half sank lifelessly into the ocean.

The arrow continued past the worm after passing through the worm and traveled upward into the stormy clouds. As it hit the cloud line all of the clouds were knocked away completely out of view, leaving only a pure clear moonlit sky once more.
