The boy seeing them growl made an aggressive noise simultaneously, his hands wide spread, ready to bounce on them.

But before he could, one of the wolves had sneakily jumped up on him, the weight of the fox pushed him away and he landed on his back, beside the unconscious red-haired girl.

He looked up at the wolf on top of him, determined to save the young girl, he exerted all his efforts and pushed the fox away from him, making the fox some metres away from the young girl. He didn't want any harm coming to her since he was trying to save her.

He growled out of pain as the fox's claws dived into his right cheek, seeing this, a sudden temperament grew in him and his short fingernails suddenly grew into claws.

With this, he plunged his claws into the fox's furs until the skin tore. At the same time, two of the remaining foxes walked slowly towards him, while the last one remained still, growling as the fight took place.
