章 109: 109: Heartbroken

Adnan was lost on what to do. He was in no position to fight Soren, go back in time, or abandon the king. He paced up and down the room brainstorming ideas to handle the situation he found himself in. 

It irritated him how the whispers only ever gave him warnings of what he shouldn't do. Never once do they give him a clear solution to the problem. It would be nice if once in a while they would give him an answer and not correct the ones he finds. 

Princess Ameera was looking to him to fix everything. Never mind that he was clueless about how to go about handling Javier. 

Adnan felt like he was fire and the king was ice. They were different from each yet similar and somehow they completed each other. This fact provided no aid to help him protect his people, and his love and prevent the prophecy from coming true.
