Two days later, the result of the investigation finally came out. It turned out that Evelyn was used by one of her colleagues. Janet Ragudos was the main culprit and Cicilia Cabiles was regarded as her accomplice. From the restaurant's CCTV footage, the police officers were able to see that Evelyn really left the table and went to the comfort room. He was gone for almost three minutes and during her absence, the other two nurses fiddled with her phone. 

It was a lie that Janet and Cecilia didn't bring their phones. In fact, they transferred the file to Janet's phone and deleted the original video from Evelyn's phone. 

Because of this, Cecilia and Janet were sued by Evelyn for using her phone without her permission, which caused great damage to Belle's reputation. At the same time, Eli sued these two nurses as well and was fined double the amount that Evelyn would originally pay.
