章 415: Tempting Me

"He didn't want anyone to know," I quietly answered. 

"Delilah knew," she frowned, "I'm his Ma and I didn't know."

I opened and closed my mouth as I tried to think on how I could explain the situation. It was hard to express how Bobby felt without myself knowing truly why Bobby had never told his Mum. Jordan was the sweetest soul but she still was my fiance's Mum and I had to always be extremely respectful to her. 

Although everyone knew I was not the best at defusing situations and I could tell by her scowl she was extremely upset. 

Luckily Otto seemed to read the situation extremely well as he pulled the attention away from me, "I think we should all rest and wait to see how Bobby is doing in the morning. Benedito, I'll be on standby at one of the motels close by if you need me but I'm sure you will cope."
