"Weren't you on your way to receive someone?"

Efthalia was waiting for Benjamin to arrive when he was sent to receive someone by the gate. He was expecting him to be back with the guest but after about some thirty minutes or more, he finally appeared, a little tired.

"Did something occur on the way?" He questions with an eyebrow raised. "And is that a blood stain on your cheeks?" He pointed with a suspicious gaze.

"Well, Your Majesty, I wasn't expecting something to occur on my way." Benjamin walks forward lightly embarrassed for his tardy assignment. "I was called by the consorts with a little issue among them."

Efthalia didn't want to think that it was somehow related to someone or the other. "Is this issue related to Lady Lucien?"

"Yes..." Benjamin hesitated a little but answered in the end.

"....."

"But everything has been taken care of and it's nothing to be worried about."

Benjamin assures him that it wasn't a big issue that he needs to look at.
