Few days passed away after that incident in the pergola and Lucien couldn't seem to hide that smile on her face. It wasn't like she was hiding it anyway.

"You think so?"

Lucien questioned back, relishing every second. However, for Rosetta, it didn't seem so. Lucien had just taken an early morning bath before joining down the meal with the consorts and emperor.

Her gown was already prepared, placed in a mannequin at the corner including her shoes and other ornaments.

Rosetta was drying her hair with a soft towel and was as well giving a weird look through the mirror. 'Did something occur in the pergola?' She wonders remembering that faithful day her lady came humming. It wasn't every day to see her this happy and her smile seem genuine compared to other days. 'She would always be on edge like she is trying to murder someone.'
