A/N: I want to apologize to my readers, I have been dealing with personal matter and was unable to post the past couple days. I will try to make up for lost time with some additional chapters this week.
When Lord Alexander arrived at the first floor, he surveyed the area and found the entryway was deserted, and there was no one around. He was longing to have a discussion with Christopher.
However, he assumed that Lord Thorn and Rose were taking their time to address her troubles in the garden, leaving him to his own devices for the time being. Kane would be thoughtful for now and give them a fair amount of time to sort out their matters before he spoke with them.
With the issue of Dante on his mind, the Commander made his way to the stables.
I love the last line of this chapter. Jackson has a good point. No puns intended. LOL!
Thank you, all my readers and fans, for the power stone votes. You are helping the novel each time you send one to push it up in standings for other readers to find and enjoy.
I appreciate you all very much!
