This chapter is dedicated to all the boy moms in the world.
"I d-don't need a b-ba-bath!" The shouts emanating from the second floor of Northbrook sounded like a murder taking place.
"Get your h-hands off, w-we-wench!" The voice of a small child was heard quarreling with the servants from the bathroom.
Lord Alexsander stood in the hallway, snorting with laughter at the chaos occurring inside the bath.
He thought, 'who knew it could take an army of servants to bathe one child?' He was chortling so hard tears were streaming down his face.
"Kane?"
Lord Alexsander jumped and turned to the sweet sound of his wife's voice.
"Did I starttle you? What is all the fuss?" Asked Giselle.
Her forehead was creased from all the commotion. She heard another barrage of stammered curse words come from behind the door and then a sound of glass shattering.
If you are boy mom then we all know the struggle of a bath as they get older. This scene reminded me of my son who would tell me "I already had a bath." Even though I knew good and well he had not.
I hope this chapter made everyone laugh. The love these two have to share is so sweet. I adore how much Giselle's charater has changed.
Thank you for reading!
