It was pure undiluted rage and people began to question if now was the right time to tell him this information but it gave Salgard's theory a solid backup as it was probable that Askild would go to such lengths.

Askild tried to use Bjorn's rage towards his brother to his advantage and have him kill Tyr.

There was no reason why he wouldn't give Rolf the same assignment and this had a higher chance of success as well.

"That bastard…!" Ragnar cussed and his uncontrolled blood lust seeped through.

Everyone was frozen in fear, they couldn't believe that such a powerful killing intent could even exist.

But Ragnar quickly got it under control, he needed a calm head because it was clear that Askild was playing games.

He was intent on wiping out his sons and couldn't sit back and let him have his way.
