Rayya and I walked along the coastline of Skyrim's treacherous northern border draped in furs, our eyes scanning the waters and dark gray, nearly black gravel that comprised the beaches of this northern territory.
We had taken Brina's suggestion and made our way out towards the ocean, searching for any coves that might house this pirate crew as they plotted their next venture into the Sea of Ghosts.
I had little hope of finding them, but as weird as it felt to say, I was itching to do something besides just fuck all day, my libido temporarily sated after being stuck inside a besieged city for so many days.
The sex was great, and I loved breeding some of the sluts inside of the city, but I personally couldn't stand the dullness that I felt as I sheathed my cock inside a new pussy or drank down another load of sperm from someone seeking to escape reality.
So, this was a nice change of pace, and I hoped to keep it up as I walked along the shoreline, taking in the chilly winds and salty scent of the sea beside us as we took a stroll around the coast.
Besides, it was thrilling to say we were hunting pirates, and I couldn't help but grin as we continued our adventure towards Winterhold, exploring the ice covered shore and staring out over the ice sheets that rose and fell idly on the surprisingly calm seas, the scenery both bleak and soothing with how monotone everything was... but that only made it seem relaxing to the mind as everything looked the same.
With the pale rays of the sun shining down over us, we made our way around the edge of Dawnstar without much to show for it, before we both grinned widely as we saw the water begin to flow inwards.
The location of the Tower Stone was still east of us, while the large island that was home to the Yngvild dungeon was a few hundred feet to the east as well as a few hundred feet out into the sea, the large snowcapped mountainous island looming inside the fog off of the coast.
Either way, we found a place where the sea slowly sliced through the ground and formed a river that flowed inlands, and we both huddled down and began to creep forwards, following the large river and frowning as we took note of just how straight it was...
Likely started from natural erosion but widened and lengthened by mortal hands then...
It went inlands for a few dozen feet before dipping into the side of a cliff, which had been carved away into the shape of an arch.
We had found our cove, and nestled inside of the large lake that had been cut into the earth were two longships, while a town had been erected around the shoreline of the lake, filled with pirates and bustling with activity as cargo was offloaded from one ship and weaponry was loaded onto another.
Interestingly enough, the other ship had the flags of the East Empire Trading Company along with an Imperial flag and some others, all of which were flapping lazily in the wind atop the mast, the crew bringing them down and rearranging them as they were loaded with a fresh set of cargo to ship somewhere else.
Inside the cove, over three dozen - perhaps four - pirates walked around in the open, with who knows how many others hidden behind the various structures and crates that lingered around the cove, and while we didn't have an exact number, we could be certain that there were an incredible amount of pirates of all races and strengths lying in wait here.
Besides their numbers, we could also see how disciplined and organized these pirates were, their efficiency in loading and unloading the cargo of the boats streamlined to a tee while none were lazing around or causing problems.
It felt like I was watching a well oiled machine, and that made me frown as I observed them some more.
Nords, Imperials, Bretons, Dunmer, Bosmer, Orsimer, and Argonians were all present, creating one of the most diverse gatherings of mortals I had ever seen in once place, each one uncaring of the normal hatred that usually festered between their respective races.
One thing they all had in common though was that they were armed, armored, and quite a few of them had Daedric Script on their bodies in some way or another, be it tattooed, engraved into armor, or sewn into clothing.
I could only frown at that sudden development, but Rayya and I weren't exactly prejudiced against the Daedra, so while it was surprising, it wasn't... as pressuring as it might have been.
Either way, we settled down and continued to observe the pirates for a bit longer, trying to understand more about our enemy and just who they were.
