章 189: Charlotte's Issues

Back in the castle, Mirabella was addressing some of the castle guards in the throne room. She was surrounded by about twenty of them, who all appeared to be stern and intimidating. There had been peace in both the castle and the city since Cyrus, Sage, Ashton, River, and Katherine left for Leimpia. Mirabella had peace of mind because the temperature was not as high as usual, and there had been no reports of any strange attacks or anything similar to that. Still, she suspected that Leimpia was in disarray and couldn't help but wonder what was going on there.

She sighed deeply and spoke with ease, her stiff expression softening. "You can all go back to your stations now." She told them, and they all bowed their heads, turned away, and walked out of the throne room.

"This isn't as difficult as I thought." She turned to face the throne, smiling to herself. "Antica is becoming stronger...." She finished her sentence slowly.
