This person had rushed in, carrying a Beast child on his back, screaming in regret for missing Chiron's exit. 

It had been none other than Dylan. 

The arrival of Dylan surprised everyone. This was most especially true for Deamon. After all, on coming to this place, Deamon had been informed of the insubordination by his best friend from Banda, who was the second in charge, stripping Dylan of his position.
