章 120: Hell Queen vs Insectar King
Roman Empire,
Capital City,
Guy Crimson POV,
In the plains of Falmuth, a majestic city towered above almost everything in the vicinity. It's walls rose even higher than the forests surrounding it. Truly the ability of magic and S-Ranked individuals was something to marvel at as this place had been practically built up within two years. Yuuki was the Emperor of both the Roman as well as the Eastern Empire giving him power far greater than everything else, at least politically that is.
Using that influence he had slowly but surely started improving the lives of the people of the world, Galahad had done his part and it was now his turn to do his. BUT all of that isn't the point! Currently above this majestic city stood a several meters tall insect like humanoid. This was the King of the Insectars, Zelanus!
The job of dealing with him had been handed over to Guy and Aquila, Guy would have liked to do this by herself but orders are orders so she had no problems. "Yo insect." she said, appearing right behind him and waving her hand with a grin. "You'll hurt his feelings." Aquila joined in, she didn't think someone who looks like one would like to be called out for it.
"You.." Zelanus slowly turned around a bit angry, he hated being called an insect for he was a proud member of the Insectar race! No! He was their King, the strongest of them all! "Me?" Guy tilted her head with a smirk, what about her? "I'm not an insect." he said plainly, flaring his aura to intimidate the two.
"Yes, yes you are. I mean c'mon it's in the name! What was Veldanava even thinking?" she said shaking her head with a sigh, insects don't like being called insects, simply amazing! "Just because you're correct doesn't mean you're right!" he retorted, getting more and more angrier, he wasn't a bug!
"Nah I'm pretty sure it does." she said rubbing her chin in thought, what kind of bullshit line was that? "A mere servant has the gall to say this to me." he remarked, folding his arms and smirking, did she think he didn't notice the maid get up?! "Correct~! A mere servant is going to beat you, insect!" she said clapping her hands as if he just did something good, that's right she was just a servant!
Zelanus sneered, she even accepted it. "I wonder how you'll feel knowing a maid trashed your insect looking ass." she whispered in his ear. Zelanus chuckled, "I saw you move woman." did she think this was supposed to be intimidating or something?! Guy grinned, "Good!" she shouted and kicked the side of his head as hard as she could, a shockwave shook the entire area, parting even the sky as Zelanus was flung to God knows where.
Guy was strong, no doubt about that. But Galahad was even stronger, by a margin she couldn't even comprehend, that was why she accepted her defeat! "That wasn't enough was it?" she asked chuckling, these insects could take a lot of punishment and not even be bothered. "My turn!" Aquila said excitedly and appeared behind Zelanus punching the back of his head flinging him forward.
"You sons of!" Zelanus roared and fixed himself mid air before smashing his fist into Guy's face sending her crashing, they weren't going to defeat him! He grinned and waved his hand, launching hundreds of thousands of magics at them. Aquila appeared in front of Guy with a cheery smile and put up her hand forming a barrier that blocked every single attack without even shaking. There were innocent humans behind them, so long as she wasn't ordered to, she would avoid casualties.
"That wouldn't have worked but still thanks!" Guy gave her a thumbs up and leapt forward aiming to punch Zelanus in the gut but he grinned and blocked the attack with a hand, he grabbed it with his other hand and threw her into the ground, "Holy shit!" Guy said excitedly, this guy was strong if he was repelling her!
"Not done yet!" he roared and grabbed her leg before raising her and slamming her into the ground again and again at beyond light speed causing Earthquakes all over the world, he had more than enough strength for a feat like that. "Huh?" he stopped surprised, Guy had wrapped her legs around him and was grinning madly, "Suicide attacks go BRRRR *BOOM*!"
The entire area lit up in explosions, "Damn that was good!" Guy said chuckling, no she wasn't hurt by being slammed into the ground millions of times, just a slight bruise. That happens when you're strong so meh. "So?" Zelanus asked bored, he was completely unharmed and it wasn't even a suicide attack! She was still alive!
"No~, No~, No~!" Guy cheered squirming around, she was having fun here but apparently Zelanus thought otherwise but he was sorely mistaken if he thought Guy was giving her all. Galahad may think peak Guy was weaker than peak Zelanus but he too was wrong, she had only ever fought seriously once in her life and that was against Galahad! The Veldanava thing doesn't count since she just had a Unique Skill at the time.
But now she had a God series ultimate skill with several others to boot, if she fought seriously she would have already trashed this bug! "Take this seriously, servant!" Zelanus roared and punched forward only to be sidestepped, "I may be a maid, but I'm his maid. Don't you dare try to think yourself above me again 'insect'.' She said a bit seriously, she was still Pride goddamnit!
Yawning she waved her hand slicing his arm off with a smirk, "So thoughts?" she asked amused. Zelanus looked at his arm wide eyed before laughing, "Hahahahaha! Good, good you aren't weak at all are you?!" he said smiling widely, he really had underestimated her! For her to slice off his arm so casually, she definitely deserved respect!
"I apologize." he said closing his eyes before they shot open and his aura soared, he was going to show her respect by giving it his all! "Great." Guy said smiling and quickly put up her arms blocking a hit directed at her face, the shockwave destroyed the land around them and even injured Guy's arms. Guy chuckled blocking another barrage of attacks, Zelanus did forget about one thing.
"I've been ignored again." Aquila sighed depressed, even her Master forgot about her sometimes and it appeared that other people kept forgetting about her too. Well she had had enough! Stomping her foot on the ground pouting she pulled out the bow Galahad used. This was her vessel and through it she could project her power.
"I apologize Galahad." she said closing her eyes, she took it without his permission and she would apologize later on but for now she needed to prove her point! "Take this you stupid bug." she said quietly before taking a deep breath and pulling back the string, she didn't have any arrows on her but as soon as she pulled the string a blue and golden arrow materialized out of thin air.
"Someone who has been granted power and evolved alongside her Master." she said staring at the Insectar, this was power her Master granted and anything her master did DEMANDED attention, if someone didn't pay attention then she would MAKE them pay attention to it. Taking another deep breath she fired the arrow.
As soon as she did all color drained out of the surroundings, that was how much power it held! A blue beam shot forward blowing through Zelanus and then going off into space. No doubt if she aimed it at the planet, it would blow up. She nodded smugly, proud of her work, "Hm Hm, I wonder if I can get some credit this time." she said, closing her eyes and smiling smugly.
Zelanus had half of his body literally disintegrated, the eye that remained was wide from shock. Something actually managed to do something like that! It shot towards Aquila imprinting her image into his mind, he was going to have her pay for this disgrace! BUT for now, "You dishonorable cowards!" he shouted angrily, he was having a one on one battle and they cheated!
"Uh huh. Do I look like I give a fuck?" Guy asked plainly folding her arms, the moment this started it was a two on one. He forgot to account for Aquila and that wasn't her fault at all. "Well, you know how we get rid of insects?" she asked amused, placing a hand on his battered chest, the shell over it had already started cracking.
They may be strong but their regeneration factors were shit, though destroying an Insectar's shell is a huge feat in itself. "We kill em with fire." she said chuckling as flames started appearing in her hand, she was going to burn him alive. "Hah! Try me." Zelanus mocked her, magic was effectively useless against him.
Guy shrugged, "You heard of primordial magic my guy?" she asked incredulously, he was probably banking on the fact that his ultimate skill would disregard all other skills and magic used on him. Primordial Magic was the only kind of magic capable of harming and killing ultimate skill users and she specialized in that for the most part.
"Napalm Burst." she said smiling widely as the flames grew red and Zelanus' eyes widened in shock, "How?!" he questioned, magic shouldn't affect him! The flames blew a hole through his chest or what remained of it and went sky high, the other thing about primordial magic is that it is NEVER weak, in fact it is too strong due to it's disregard for the laws of nature.
The entire area lit up in red flames burning Zelanus to ashes, soul and all. Amidst that inferno stood the red haired demon no, demoness Guy Crimson. She chuckled, "This was a good one." he did manage to hurt her so he deserved some praise at least. The only regret was that she didn't get to see him go all GIYAAA! or scream in pain. That was her name after all. The Gii or Guy part coming from a horrific scream that went GIIYAA!
