章 79: I'll....Do It
Undisclosed Location,
Galahad POV,
Galahad looked at Clayman or rather he glared at the Deathman, yes he had stopped him from punching Milim but he remembered something just now, seeing this scene play out he remembered the time Clayman punched and kicked Milim several times in his mansion. That made Galahad angry, he knew it was wrong but he projected his own little sister on her so knowing that made him want to kill Clayman.
He cracked his neck once, "Own volition huh Guy?" he asked standing up and signalled towards Rimuru, "I choose to.....help this guy...out then or rather....I want to kill.....Clayman now." he said looking at Clayman who stumbled back a bit shocked. The other Demon Lords looked at him surprised, this lazy guy was moving! What the hell did Clayman do?
Guy looked at him for a few moments, "Well just like Milim I won't stop you but why?" she asked curiously, Galahad wasn't one to take any action unless absolutely necessary. Galahad glanced at him before yawning, "I feel like.....people have been underestimating...too much lately." he said lazily, he had his self esteem too. It wasn't exactly pleasing to have people that should be ants to him to be acting like hot shit all the time.
Luminous smirked, "I guess we know who the victor is." she said haughtily folding her arms, as someone who directly saw that battle she could confirm that Clayman was pretty fucked now. Guy laughed, "Well true. I recently heard some adventurer claiming some guy called Light Speed Masayuki could beat you! That's fucking hilarious! I of course being the amazing person I am ripped their throats out but the point stands." she said smirking, it was true that people had started underestimating him.
"Oh really now?" Galahad raised his brow, he didn't like Masayuki a man set on a pedestal and claimed as an equivalent to the Demon Lords. He shrugged, "Well that....settles it." he said walking over to Rimuru, he raised his hand near his face, "Nero you have my.....order, move on Falmuth...take my people." he ordered and yawned, Siltrozzo really was too small. By conquering Falmuth his territory would expand a bit.
Rimuru sweat dropped, he wanted Falmuth but he knew better than to even try to agitate someone who is mentioned in the same breath as the red haired monster, Guy Crimson. "H-Hey." Rimru said awkwardly not knowing how to interact with Galahad now that he knew of his position. Galahad slightly smiled, "Really.....I just become someone....and you change your...attitude?" he asked sounding betrayed.
Rimuru frantically shook his head, "No no, not at all!" he rejected it, Galahad was his friend nothing changed that! "But before that." he bowed to Galahad, "Thank you Galahad, for saving me and my people." he said gratefully, he was sure if Galahad didn't help then they would have all died. Galahad looked at him silently before nodding, that wasn't really his goal but hey free gratitude never hurts does it? Even Rimuru's survival wasn't necessary for him well up until he realized the advantages that is.
He patted Rimuru's shoulder, "Thanks." but he still took his payment though! Rimuru looked at him slack jawed, "Did you just?" he asked surprised, this bastard! Galahad slughtly chuckled and nodded, "Consider it...payment." he said staring straight at Clayman, he had just copied Covenant King Uriel from Rimuru.
Rimuru looked at him for a few moments before he just sighed, you don't get free stuff and besides he only took Covenant King Uriel so it wasn't that bad probably. Guy clapped his hands, "Alright then that's settled, if Clayman wins then Rimuru dies if Clayman wins then Rimuru dies simple now begin!" she said excitedly snapping her fingers, it had been a while since she last saw Galahad fight.
With that the space around them was morphed as it became much much larger and a barrier was erected around it so that the others could watch undisturbed. Rimuru looked at Galahad, "If you can take distract Milim for a while then we can win this." he said coming up with a plan to win this easily, Milim was too strong.
Clayman cackled madly, "Good this is good! I wanted to take over your territory anyway! Die!" he shouted at Galahad grinning, this idiot provided him with an opportunity. Galahad glanced at Rimuru before nodding, "Like I said...people have been underestimating me....too much. I'm still the fourth seat...you know." he said yawning, yup people really thought him too weak.
Rimuru tilted his head confused, if that was the case then Milim was the third seat wasn't she? Where was all this confidence coming from? Galahad slightly swayed to the side before disappearing in the next instant the ground was ripped in two as he punched the puppet in the face tearing it to shreds, he smiled lazily, "See?" he was flexing okay? Was that too bad?! He hit the golden haired fox in the neck knocking it out.
Rimuru looked at it with wide eyes, "How the hell?" this was a bit too much no?! Shion folded her arms, "Guess he's not a demon lord for nothing." she said smiling, it was good to see his strength. Clayman looked at him wide eyed, "How the hell are you?! Milim!" he shouted ordering her to attack, did he underestimate him?!
Milim nodded and shot at Galahad who was slightly hunched forward, that was just the way he stood. He glanced at her before stepping to the side, "I'm...sorry." he apologized before kneeing her, Milim was shot up in to the air. He looked to Clayman and appeared right next to him with a lazy smile, "So regretting...it?" he asked amused, just because he didn't show it it didn't mean he wasn't strong!
"T-This is impossible!" Clayman shouted at him, there was no way for him to be this strong! Milim recovered and shot at him once more only to be blocked with a gauntlet appearing on Galahad's arms, his armor was only covering his arm in other words partial manifestation. Rimuru was shocked even more, "Oye Oye, I can't even see this?!" he asked in disbelief looking at the shockwaves going through the air as Milim and Galahad exchanged blows, or rather Galahad blocked hers because he didn't want to hurt her.
Guy whistled, "Damn I wanna fuck again!" she shouted disorienting Galahad which ended with him getting punched in the face. "Fuck you!" he shouted at her jumping away as Milim kicked downwards breaking the floor. "Go ahead!" Guy shouted back amused, oh yeah this was fun. Rimuru looked at him surprised before shaking his head, "Clayman?" he looked towards Clayman only to find him on the ground with a hole in his arms, "How is he?" when did Galahad go after Clayman?!
Galahad smiled slightly swaying to the side and grabbing Milim's arms, "Alright....you've had your fun." he said looking at Milim, he definitely had enough continuing like this was pointless. Milim froze for a moment before looking at him surprised, "Wait you noticed?" she asked surprised, she was actually proud of her acting!
Galahad shrugged, "Of course....I did." even if he didn't know it it was easy to put together that someone who didn't even have an ultimate skill wouldn't be able to control an Ultiamte Skill user with 'magic', it wasn't even funny. Milim folded her arms and pouted, "You ruined my fun!" she said looking away from him, fighting him was fun.
"Hm so I guess.....trying to kill me....is fun?" Galahad asked looking up in thought. "Wai- I never did that!" she quickly rejected it, she would never even think of it! But then she noticed Galahad's smile and looked away pouting, he was playing with her! Galahad slightly smiled and patted her head, "Well....I'm sorry." he said ruffling her air and turned to Clayman.
Galahad yawned, Milim was obviously holding back so it was easy to keep up with her. As for Clayman? Well when Milim first attacked him he stopped time and stabbed him in the shoulders before erecting barriers inside preventing him from healing back up. He slightly smiled and sat down next to a paralyzed Clayman, "So wondering why?" he asked curiously.
Clayman glared at him, "Unhand me this instant!" he shouted at Galahad who tilted his head confused, "I'm not....even touching you?" he asked a bit confused, those were just barriers that were constricting healing, he wasn't immobilizing Clayman. "Oh that's me." Rimuru said walking up to him, when he saw Clayman lying on the floor he trapped him there through Raphael's expertise in using his skills.
Galahad glanced at him, "Oh." he remarked and stood up before kicking Clayman in the side sending him crashing into the barriers walls as he coughed out blood from the impact, "Y-You!". He snapped his fingers blowing up a part of Clayman's body as the Deathman screamed out in pain ad smirked. Galahad stretched his arms and yawned, "Ok I'm done.....you can have...him." he said waving his hand dismissively and walking towards Milim who was now simply floating in the air thinking about how in the name of hell Galahad saw through her acting.
Rimuru nodded, "Alright, but we're talking later." he said turning towards Clayman, he needed to properly thank Galahad and also wanted to ask some questions about why he was hiding his identity. Nothing particular just some questions which even if left unanswered wouldn't really bother Rimuru but simply because he was curious. He cracked his knuckles, "So Clayman." he was going to kill this bastard and make sure he was never revived.
Galahad looked at Milim curiously, "So you want....to know who's moving in the.....shadows?" he asked a bit curious. "Umu! How did you know?" she asked smiling happily, she indeed wanted to know which entity was on the move. Galahad looked up in though before yawning, "It's Guy's ex." he said simply making a vein pop out on Guy's forehead. She raised her hand in protest, "Hey he's not my ex!" she shouted at him, of course she was listening to their conversation.
