Some Time Later,
Tempest Capital City,
Galahad POV,
Galahad had been waiting for a while now while eventually using his Clairvoyance to check on Falmuth's movements and today was the day! They had finally begun marching into the Great Forest of Jura, finally it was time for war, or rather a holy crusade! He was going to crush the Rosso Clan and make a flashy comeback at the same time. He slightly smiled and looked at Carrera who was sitting nearby, "Watch out for Shizue." he also detected movement from the Ten Great Saints so the scenario was very different this time around.
Carrera nodded, "Got it." and stood up to leave, all the maids except for Mizari would be staying behind for this one,. That was the order they were given and they had no problem with it either, they were simply happy that their Master finally decided to take up his rightful place. The Fourth Seat of the Ten Great Demon Lords, the Ancient Calamity Lord.
To the demon lords themselves the seating arrangement wasn't by power but by the order in which they became Demon Lords but for the rest of the world especially the humans, their seating order reflected their power. But Galahad didn't mind that he was being thought of as weak or rather, he was too lazy to care for it.
He shook his head and stood up, it was time to move. He was going to war with the Rossos now and since Falmuth's army was away the temporary government left behind wouldn't dare to make a move lest they risk being labelled as Heretics and end up getting removed from the face of the world. "Let's go." he said with a lazy smile and teleported to the Holy City of the Church of Calamity.

Church of Calamity, Capital City
Galahad POV,
Galahad teleported into the middle of the Cathedral, though not like the normal way. His current thoughts were if he wanted a flashy comeback why not go the extra mile. An explosion of golden light encompassed the Cathedral bringing the attention of every single person in it to that location, though what it spread was confusion.
The last time their God manifested was about 1500 years ago, this was only known because of religious texts that had been passed down the generations. "What's happening?" a woman remarked confused, were they under attack? But the barriers around the city would have stopped the attacks so that was impossible.
In the main cathedral everyone present was already on their knees, a man with long white hair, purple armor with grayish cloth draped over the shoulders, a dull golden halo directly behind the head, two swords on one side and most of all the whip like golden wings extending from his back, it matched completely! "Oh my God." a man trembled and fell to his knees in reverence, oh how long had they waited for this?
This was like something out of a fairytale! That's something coming from people in a world that has magic and monsters. "Hail." Mizari said in an emotionless voice before bowing down with a hand on her chest, she looked at him a bit curious, which side of her Master was going to handle the command for this battle? Oh don't misunderstand she was fine with either, just the prideful side was- how to say? It tingled her womanly side.
"Calamity brings about Prosperity and endless Prosperity only brings about Calamity, therefore Calamity is necessary if there is to be Prosperity." a man said in a very respectful voice, that was one of their doctrines and what Mizari had told them to say if they were ever graced with his presence. Galahad slightly laughed and scratched his cheek, when did they come up with that? It sounds slightly cringe but at least he wasn't the one saying it! so it was fine! right? RIGHT?!
"You can raise your heads." he said in an emotionless voice, yes many may know this already but he always talked blandly and emotionlessly because too much emotion was inefficient, in other words he was a Kuudere except there was no one who could see the dere side. Galahad sighed, he couldn't even yawn because images were necessary but then he realized it.
He yawned, who says appearances are necessary? And since when did he start caring about that?! Though his action sent another message sent to the few people here, did they bore him? That in itself was heresy! To bore their God? But they couldn't move without his permission so they simply did what they were told and raised their heads.
"What a holy visage." a woman said her voice filled with reverence, no it wasn't that holy. The golden color was slightly dull because of his true nature but that dullness itself portrayed what was necessary, a God of Calamity can't look truly holy. A man kneeled down after looking at him, "Thank you for gracing us with your presence." he said, his appearance proved that in the end those that bring about calamity will always be somehow evil in some sense, that was another doctrine.
This appearance exactly portrayed that doctrine, because even though it was holy he was also giving off an aura of evil albeit it was greatly supressed but still noticeable. No one dared to speak without permission making Galahad laugh dryly, maybe he hadn't thought this through. No he didn't like that people were kneeling to him, it was simply uncomfortable.
[Fool! It is what befits your standing!] his other side mocked him in his head making Galahad laugh, and what should he do? Be like this guy and call them trash? [I wouldn't call them trash, just servants is fine! Hahahaha!] and with that Galahad tuned him out, having a personality disorder like this one wasn't exactly pleasant so both sides usually chose to tune each other out.
"We're going to.....war." he said walking down the isle, he was making his way to the doors so that he could announce it himself. "As you say my Lord." one of the man bowed with a hand on his chest, though his slight grin couldn't be hidden. Yes, these people were extremely nice but their religion was also in a certain light a warmongering one so all of them had a certain amount of love for battle. "Understood!" A man bowed before saluting him and walking off, this meant that they needed to get ready to depart immediately.
That was because they were already geared up for war and the only thing they needed was his presence to officially begin moving. Galahad cracked his neck once as the air around him changed into a more destructive one, he slicked back his hair and tied them up in a lose pony tail.
Grinning he clenched his fist before releasing it, "It has been a while." the lazy him didn't let him out so he was rarely in control but he couldn't do anything either, that was because laziness overpowered his pride by a wide margin. It didn't mean he would lose okay! I-It just means he didn't feel like coming out!
His wings unfurled and increased in size as golden lines spread across the sky, if the lazy him wants a flashy comeback then a flashy comeback is what he will get! He reached out his hand and grinned as large displays opened up above the city in various locations, "You who serve me, Revere your God! Fear your God! Submit to your God! And make sure all else does too!" his voice was extremely arrogant and prideful, all was below him so all would submit! [Cringey Fuckhead]
The people of course recognized him, why? Well if the huge ass statues and their religious texts were anything to go by then this was the God of Calamity! Yes no one knew his true appearance but it was described in great detail in those texts courtesy of Rein. Also there was also that overpowering aura leaking out of him to go by.
"H-How?" a man questioned, the manifestation of a God! Every single person fell to his or her knees and kneeled down as Galahad laughed, "Fine Indeed! That is acceptable, I recognize your loyalty!" he folded his arms still grinning though some were surprised by the arrogance, their fanaticism was far greater than that and all of them were very grateful for his words, to have their loyalty recognized!
"Now, let us strike down the foolish idiots who would dare to oppose me! Get your weapons, say your prayers, to me of course and get ready for war, today we march!!" he announced loudly raising his fist into the air, one other fact that to be noted was that this side was much more charismatic and it did have an influence on the people.
Someone stood up, "Hail the Calamity God!!" he or she cheered as everyone looked at that person for a few moments before cheers rang out throughout the city, "All hail the Calamity God!" the people cheered and shouted, all of them were religious fanatics so this was an expected outcome. Galahad grinned and turned around, this was how it was to be.
Nothing surpasses him, nothing is above him and all of creation can do naught but submit! He gave a content smirk and turned around to walk back in as the entirety of the city cheered on eventually getting geared up for war, directly alongside those cheers numerous roars also rang out. Those belonged to the dragons under him.
