章 56: Great Sage Is A Cheat
Galahad yawned and sat there looking at the monsters cheer at the announcement that their Lord was a friend to the Demon Lord Milim Nava, Galahad however was thinking. A Great Demon Lord? That concept wasn't introduced in the LN yet but if he remembered correctly then it required some feat which made the World recognize the Demon Lord as a cut above the others, primarily acquiring awakened Demon Lord subordinates and creating your own ultimate skills, so far he only had one that he actually made and his origin skill. Apart from that each of the maids could be awakened now since Creator helped a lot in making them acquire a Demon Lord seed by creating and handing over unique skills which they then optimized to their own use.
He didn't want Imformation King Akashic Records that was because it presents a disadvantage, if a skill was never made in the first place then how would it record it? He wanted to create Void God Azathoth, Creation Lord Ahura Mazda and he had the prequisites required for all those skills as well. Furthermore, he didn't want a Manas, that is because call him a coward but he couldn't permit the existence of something that has access to all his powers, manages them and makes decisions behind his back even if they were for his own good. Any subordinate he had he trusted a lot and such a thing could not be trusted at all as such he would keep it at Raphael forever.
Cowardice? yes, Pettiness? yes, but that was just how he was and nothing could be done about it. To him it would be the same as the idiotic act of trusting a system for your powers besides Raphael could manage them as well but it wouldn't dare to go against his orders or decisions. He nodded in his mind, "Force the evolution." he muttered out making Carrera who was standing beside him grin, her Master was going to get even stronger!

Making an ultimate skill was no easy task but he had 2500 years worth of energy and power stored up as well using Tsathoggua, but it was so god damn annoying to hear failed again and again. He was pretty sure that the time it failed had already surpassed 3000 but this wasn't a problem as long as it did evolve in the end. He looked at Milim who was flying over to him, "You'll be my bestie forever! Don't worry!" she said smiling and nodding her head, there was no one closer to her than Galahad and he gave her presents too and took care of her as well.
Galahad smiled slightly and patted her head, "I'm...happy?" he said tilting his head confused with what was happening. She narrowed her eyes, "Then why did that sound like a question?" she was unnaturally perceptive about things like these things. Galahad sighed and smiled, "Of course you are." he said, if he rejected her here the tantrum she would throw would be something to see.
She nodded her head happily, "Umu!" and blasted off to ann- hang out with her new friend. Galahad stood up from his chair and glanced at Carrera who was silently standing there, Benimaru had left with Rimuru probably to discuss the arrival of a Demon Lord into their humble little city but WAIT! Galahad instantly remembered something that happened in the anime after this and that for some reason annoyed him. He vanished from his spot and appeared right behind Rimuru with a twitching face Galahad grabbed his head and lifted him up. He turned his head around, "Where do you....think you're headed?" he asked with twitching lips, this lucky bas- *ahem* degenerate!
Shion looked at him with a bit of anger at having Rimuru touched like that while Shuna curiously looked on wondering why Galahad had appeared out of nowhere. Rimuru laughed nervously, "The hot springs?" he said, did he get found out? He was genderless, so it wasn't wrong! Galahad smiled slightly, "You think I'm....an idiot?" there was no way Milim was going to be seen by him! Rimuru slowly shook his head, "N-No not at all."
Galahad slowly nodded and put him down, "Well us GUYS should...go together, shouldn't we?" he asked smiling, he wasn't letting Rimuru out of this one! Rimuru looked at him with a scrutinizing gaze, "But she wouldn't k-" he wasn't letting this chance go! But he was cut off, "The two Oni can do it." Galahad said lazily. Rimuru looked away and clicked his tongue, "Fine." he said leading them all towards them, why does he have to go with a guy when all those beauties are there?! Galahad smirked at him, Milim was like a little sister to him what kind of sane man would let a little sister get into a bath with a stranger?!
Some Time Later,
Galahad sat in a hot spring and let out a content sigh, this was defintely good. He had gone to one of these in his previous life and it was very pleasant actually he was sure this was better but the only problem is other people were there too. He looked at Rimuru who was floating around in his slime form, "So what were...you thinking?" Galahad asked Rimuru who immediately backed away.
"It didn't cross my mind!" he said looking away, he was a man of culture and bathing with ladies was good! Why did he have to bathe with this lazy type ikemen?! Galahad nodded slowly, "Sure...I believe you." he said, like hell he'd believe it. Rimuru looked at his disbelieving gaze and sighed, "Alright but as a man you should understand right?" he asked, hopefully he'd find a fellow man.
Galahad looked up and rubbed his chin in thought, "Hmm.... I guess I....understand." he said lazily, after all they were men it was their instinct and nature! But it was their job to keep it under control. Galahad smiled slightly, "What did I...expect from a virgin?" he said, his lazy smile turning into smirk. Rimuru gasped, how did he know?! "I'm two, you'll get the FBI called!" he said waving around his slime arm in protest. Galahad shrugged, "What's.....that?" he asked curiously, there was no reason to reveal his origins just like that.
Rimuru shook his head, "Ignore that. What's your relation to Milim?" he asked curiously, that was the one thing he was curious about apart from the danger signals Great Sage was giving off. Galahad opened his mouth to answer but didn't say anything, instead he smiled slightly though that smile showed he was happy right now.

Furthermore Galahad's potential and aptitude is great because of him being something beyond a True Hero and a True Demon Lord further enhanced by his race. The energy he used has been saved up over 2500 years so this makes complete sense)
Definitely! Great Sage was a god damn cheat! It evolved the unique skills into ultimate skills in a matter of hours! It didn't matter if he already met all conditions and had the energy to back it up, he was pretty sure it would have taken him several years to do that if it was just him doing it by himself or maybe even more, furthermore it didn't even drain his reserves that much. 3% of the energy saved up for two millennia was definitely worth two whole Ultimate Skills!
Say what you will Galahad was extremely happy right now though it was offset by his laziness which made him not show much of an outward reaction. Rimuru waved his slime arm, "Hey? you here? Is he day dreaming?" he just asked something and instead of answering this guy started smiling and looking at the sky. The thing is this happened when he asked about Milim, did this this guy have a thing for her?!
"Do you have a thing for Milim?" Rimuru asked curiously taking on his human form in order to enjoy the hot spring more. That question brought Galahad out of his thoughts and he shook his head, "Thank you...Rimuru." he said earnestly bowing his head in thanks, Rimuru had given him an ability that would make his life much much more easier. Rimuru nodded his head confused, no he was weirded out the hell was wrong with this guy? Nonetheless he smiled and nodded his head, "I don't really get it....but ok." he said smiling, he wasn't one to go for complicated matters. Rimuru would much rather just get along with everyone he was a pacifist after all.
Galahad sat down again, he was feeling good right now because of how easy his life would be from now on but then he realized something.

It was time for his yearly bombing of the Eastern Empire capital! Yes, it was time to take revenge for being forced into doing something by the stupid lizard and idiot king, bomb the empire he says! Though, 'Hold on evolving Creator.'

He first needed to construct a space that would considerably slow down time for him, this was because a skill on the level of Ahura Mazda required far more energy than what he currently had due to how immensely strong it was. Seriously creation of entire universes so long as you had the magicules for it and Stardust energy how broken was that? It could create ultimate skills like candies! But for that very reason it required a lot more time to evolve creator into it and he didn't want to spend years waiting and even skip the Final Tenma War so he would construct a space which had time inside it slowed down and create it in there.
