章 48: A Casual Day
Galahad rubbed his chin in thought, him telling someone what he is would pose no problems, "Half-Angel, Half-Demon, Nephalem." he told her, why it wasn't a problem? Well there is a reason the Nephalem are absolute, that is because they possess no natural weaknesses so knowing the race doesn't help one bit in taking them on furthermore, none knew their powers as well because they would be destroyed the moment they showed hostility making it completely safe, even if he were to anounce it to the whole world.
Nero eyes shined, "That sounds cool!" she said excitedly, seriously it was cool! Galahad shook his head, "No it sounds cringe.....and emo." he replied, he seriously couldn't understand it. "Did you just disrespect a whole race?" Nero asked him curiously. Galahad looked to the side and whistled, "No comment." what could he say to that anyway?
Galahad looked forward, the city had by now come into view. Nero's eyes burnt in conviction, "Let's go, Master!" she announced and sped up her horse passing him, but what did Galahad do? Nothing, he continued riding at a normal pace, why would he bother with a race? Shizue tilted her head confused, "Why aren't you racing?" she asked. Galahad shrugged, "I see no point.....in doing it." he wasn't a servant nor a beta simp, he had no obligation to go along with the woman's whims.
Nero who saw that he didn't even bother grumbled and rode back to his side, "What about the competition?" she asked him loudly. Galahad shrugged, "I never...agreed." he never did! She pouted and looked away, "Hmph! Boor." she said, what about excitement? Galahad chuckled and rode forward at the highest speed he could, he tricked her. This would be fun, why would he not do it? Nero looked at him slack jawed, "You! You tricked me! Umu! To trick an emperor, how commendable!" she shouted but noticed him getting away and rode forward as well, "Hey! Stop!" she shouted but he ignored her.
In the end, the one who won was Nero. Why? Well Riding A wasn't just for show and Galahad wasn't that far ahead anyway. Galahad clicked his tongue and looked away while walking down the road, the three of them were now getting a lot of looks especially with Nero looking at and shouting about every single new thing she saw. "Nero...leave the man...alone." Galahad said and groaned, he couldn't even send her back anymore! Nero left the tail of a beastman that she had been pulling on, "That was surely rude, Umu! I thank you, Master!" she wasn't afraid to admit her mistakes or thank someone, she was the Emperor!
She looked at a performing bard with stars in her eyes, "Ah Master, I remember having a concert in Rome. umu umu, no one left until I was finished!" well locking the doors doesn't count! Galahad looked at Nero and yawned, yeah right lock them all in and then say no one left. A few more minutes of walking later they arrived at an expensive looking restaurant, the man at the door bowed to Galahad, "A table for your family?" he asked smiling. Galahad scratched his cheek, these things were also introduced by Yuuki too. Sigh....
He pointed straight at Nero, "I'm not...related to her." he said, was this man crazy? If he ever married it would be to someone like him! Not someone who couldn't stay in one place for even one second! Nero looked at him and smiled, "Aww. Master is embarrassed!" that was entertaining! Galahad deadpanned, "I'm not, seriously not." there was quite literally nothing that could embarrass him! According to him, that is.
"Understood?" the man said looking between the two who had now started bickering again. Shizue walked foward and pulled on his shirt, she smiled, "A table for three." she wanted to be of use too, besides Galahad was busy right now. The man showed a small smile and nodded, Shizue walked back to the two of them, "*Sniff* *sniff* how mean Master! Are you saying I'm not attractive?" Galahad groaned, such a troublesome woman, "Oh God, I'm sorry.....now stop, please." She looked at him and laughed, "Hahaha! Tricked you!" causing Galahad to groan again.
Shizue pulled on Nero's dress, "Umu?" she looked down curiously wondering what the girl wanted. Shizue pointed at the open doors, "So they have prepared? Umu! Good indeed." she said and dragged Galahad in along with Shizue. Galahad looked around at the other people here, how could these people wear those stupid dresses and be proud of it? "And they're...scowling at me." he muttered and laughed dryly, well forgive him for wearing what he likes!
The three of them sat down at a table, Galahad rested his head on the table, "Bring me..food." he muttered out, seriously it was now three in the afternoon and they still hadn't eaten. Nero pointed at a waiter and shouted, "You there servant! Bring us something good! Umu! Make sure it's the best you have!" after all the best for the Emperor no? Well she wouldn't mind even if it was bad, accepting everything is also important. With that the three of them started on their food, and with their appetites the amount of food they actually ate shocked everyone, Galahad and Nero were bottomless pits while Shizue also ate more than average.
And so Galahad, Shizue and the Red Saber continued their day, visiting various places around the city. Galahad had no idea how much hell he had raised in the Nasuverse, two masters had their servants just disappear into thin air while Alaya tried her best to find the one who had dared to do something like this but found no leads whatsoever. Gaia had field day trying to find the one who did it to reward him since he annoyed the shit out of Alaya and threw several timelines off their courses.
AT HELL'S GATE,
This was the place where Leon had moved and he actually destroyed it, splitting off the Demonic Realm however there were ways to enter and exit known only to the higher order of demons, one of them was Rein. A Blue haired girl spun around a giant demon and slammed it into the ground, making it a red smear on the ground, she had left behind a trail of destruction while moving to Jaune's territory.
She launched forward and punched a blonde girl in the face who crashed into the ground, forming a crater. Jaune coughed out blood, "The Fuck's wrong with you?! Why the fuck did ya start attacking me outta nowhere?! Ya damn bitch!" she shouted angrily, she was just going about her day and she attacked! She fired of thousands of Nuclear magics which were stopped by a barrier, explosions covered the sky as the place shook.
Rein grinned, "Well my Master wanted me to bring you to him, he didn't say anything about not beating you to submission." she stretched her arms, it had been a while since she fought. Jaune grinned too, "Oh is that so? Well new flash bitch, I ain't that easy to take down!" she shouted launching forward and kicking her in the face, the kick was blocked and she was thrown back.
About half an hour later, a beaten and bloody Jaune could be seen lying on the ground with the land around them having smoke rising from amny places and gigantic craters. She gritted her teeth in anger, what the hell happened?! She was beaten back? How could that be possible?! Rein grinned, "Let me tell you my name, it's Rein." Jaune's eyes widened in surprise, her Master may have a few screws lose if he named her but this did explain a lot and her loss too. "Alright, let's fuckin meet him then!" she shouted, well no harm in checking the person out she'd lost already if he was interesting then she would submit too.
BACK TO GALAHAD,
After messing around in the city the three of them were now returning to the castle. Nero rubbed her chin in thought, "Master are you really a magus?" she asked him curiously, his body was built more like a melee combatant from what she could see so far, Galahad glanced at her and answered, "I'm a caster that uses swords....and a saber that uses....magic." he chuckled, bet she hadn't heard of that before. Nero nodded her head, "I understand, umu, you are quite an amazing person as well it seems." after all a saber that used magic and caster that uses swords! That sounds cool! Galahad shivered unconsciously.
Galahad looked at the sky, the Sun would be setting any moment now. He looked forward wondering what that presence in his castle was, Nero looked at him and asked, "Does something worry you, Master?" getting rid of that worry was her job! Galahad glanced at her, "Well we may or..may not be headed into a fight." Shizue heading his swords straightened up, if it was a fight then she would help no matter what.
A few minutes later, they had arrived near the castle but before anyone could say anything a sword slashed at Galahad only to get deflected by a strange red sword, Nero's arm flinched whatever that was it's strength was greater than hers. "Who attacks us?!" she shouted, only to come face to face with a masked woman who kicked her but she blocked the hit with her sword.
She then started staring at Galahad who was calmly observing her, Shizue was about to jump forward but Galahad placed a hand on her shoulder stopping her, "What?" she asked him confused, it was time to fight no? Galahad got off the horse and walked forward, Nero blitzed forward and came in front of him, "Master stay back, she is strong!" while she knew he was strong some one that could push back a servant was no doubt strong as well.
She raised her sword and pointed it at the masked woman, "Umu! You will answer for attacking us." she said getting into a stance with her jagged sword. Galahad chuckled at her and walked forward, Nero tilted her head confused, "What is it, Master?" Galahad looked at the Hero and lazily asked, "What.....do you want?" there was something more at play here. She clenched her fist, "Why did you side with Heaven?!" she asked Galahad nearly shouting. Galahad's eyes widened in surprise, "What?"
