"You sure seem to be in a good mood," Remarked Rosary, as I greeted her. 

"Yeah, just had a good afternoon," I grinned in response. 

I'm pretty satisfied...I played my fill of the fighting games in the arcade, set some new top score records and then left feeling pretty good about myself. 

I really needed that, especially after the less than ideal time I spent on the crane games. I played those kinds of fighting games quite a lot in my old life, it was one of the few hobbies that I didn't get bored of too easily. 

Probably because there were a bunch of different games with that similar style of fighting mechanics and controls, so by regularly switching between them, it didn't get boring or stale right away.
