Cassius drove his red Porsche. Amelia sat next to him with a blank look in her eyes as she stared out the window. Her long, wavy black hair was drifting with the mild breeze that touched her face.
It was past half an hour since they were driving. He sneaked a glimpse at her and initiated the conversation after a brief silence.
“Miss Amelia, are you finding the journey uncomfortable?”
“Huh? Oh, no, that’s not it, Mr. Cassius!” Immediately she winced at his remark and objected to him. “I actually don’t know what or how to begin a conversation.”
Cassius smirked and proclaimed, “Well, you can start by trying to learn about us first.”
“But I wondered if it was rude to ask you.” She fidgeted.
Cassius owned a mysterious smile on his face and started dictating, “Both I and Silas own a company together, Keath Pharmaceuticals.”
“Huh? What!?” Amelia almost raised her pitch all of a sudden.
