Rune followed his girls' advice and attempted to get closer to Rienn. It wasn't certain that her fragments curse made it difficult for her to be true to her feelings, but Luna and Fleur that the possibility was high.
Serac and Neria continued trying to push the two of them together. More so Serac, or so Rune believed. He was certain that Serac had known about Rienn's fragment. Thinking back on it, Rune did see his eyes widen for a brief moment when she walked into their conversation the other day. It was also later that night when he was guided to sleep in Rienn's room.
Well, it wasn't that big a deal anymore. It still bugged Rune that he had to treat the girls drawn to him like collectibles, but the stern talking to he had gotten had all but removed any remaining hesitation. There was nothing he could do to change the way things were, but he could at least make it so that his girls were happy. That was the conclusion Rune ultimately came to.
Happy Monday everyone. I've been struggling quite a bit to write lately. Writing the story as I go is quite difficult at times.
I'm starting fresh this week fresh, though, with renewed motivation. I hope it did not come out too sloppy. I really just wanted to stop delaying and put something out to break past this block.
