Turning to Nene, he asked, "Isn't this quite different from the way they usually act? Is this okay?"

Rune was not really upset at Reef's comment. He actually found it somewhat endearing, and it reminded him a bit of his younger self. What he was more worried about was the casual behavior he was witnessing from the two siblings. While he couldn't speak for Reef, Mako usually kept up an air of elegance, even for one who works as a blacksmith, and she had once told him that she had to conduct herself in an appropriate manner lest she receive criticism from her father.

Nene just smiled at the squabbling siblings like she was witnessing a heartwarming scene before looking back to answer Rune's question.
