Standing behind the counter was a homely squirrel woman. She greeted Rune as he walked up to her, and Rune flashed her his holo-pad with the urgent quest prominently shown on the holographic display.

"I'm here for this," Rune said.

"I see. So you would like to sign up for the hunt then." The guild receptionist was typing away on her computer already and going through the records to make sure everything was in order. After a moment, her fingers came to a stop, and she held out a small metallic object to him with a smile.

"Alright. Your rank and everything else check out. This plate will register a temporary teleport point where a marker is stationed at the last location where the target was spotted. Simply touch it to your holo-plate like you would for a simple transaction to register."
