章 85: Chapter 85 The stranger

In the deep of the night, silence swept through the entire ambience of Devile's house and the house was kept in darkness. The wind whistled, bringing still and cold to the night and as the day was gone, Devile rested his head with his eyes closed to sleep through the stress that the sun always brought alongside it.

It had been a long hectic day for him since he spent most of his time chasing shadows. Even though he had decided that he was going to let everything about Lucian go until he presented himself, he wasn't able to keep up with it because he was still obsessed with killing his brother. For some reason, Lucian's presence bothered him so much that all he could think of was his demise. His brother was full of surprises; it has been up to a month since the ritual and since then, there had been no trace of him anywhere despite the spying eyes he kept here and there.
