章 165: Chapter 165: Shared Curiosity

Angelie walked outside of the school building after a while had passed that Kirei and Sanaka left. She took small steps as she hesitated whether to go straight home or to wander about first.

It was the end of the midterms, and she hadn't celebrated their successful Cultural Festival yet. She thought she could at least treat herself to something nice.

Angelie headed toward the nearby shopping district, where Kiba's father's bakery was located. As she walked around, she passed by a karaoke center with a big signage in front of it. She stopped in front of the entrance and looked up at the signage.

"Maybe this is where Sanaka-san and the others went to… I wish I could have come too…"

Angelie forced a smile to hide her disappointment.

"What are you doing here?"

Akuma appeared beside Angelie with a piece of half-eaten custard bread in his hand. He also carried a paper bag with assorted breads.

"You?! Why are you here?!"

Angelie stepped away from Akuma.
