Stupid doctor, Izumi Aki, is always mistaken as an Omega because of his feminine looks. When his new secretary slash personal assistant and airhead Hanamichi Chihiro came, he learned how ridiculous life really was.

His secretary openly expresses his admiration towards Aki which drives the doctor crazy every single day. But as Aki gets to know more of Chihiro, his hearts starts to flutter when the Omega is around and mixed emotions are unlocked.

As Aki discovers feelings that he finds too frightening to deal with, will Chihiro keep on pursuing him when he learns Aki’s deepest secrets? How come that an Omega makes the Alpha doctor skip a heart beat? Everything is one hell of a rollercoaster ride.

Aki is somehow bound to a painful past and Chihiro is someone who keeps looking forward. Their personalities are a hundred percent different! But this difference and distance between them will lead them to finding the answers to their doubts. Will they be able to work out as a happy couple? Or will they end up creating more and more obstacles along the way?
