章 25: Chapter 25: The Next Day

The pounding in Florence’s head woke her up, and it took a while for her to remember where she was and what happened before she went to bed.

Shame took over her completely as flashes of her making a move on Scott came back to her as clear as the water outside of her window.

She stayed in her bed for a few minutes, just staring at the beautiful view outside, trying to gather courage to get up and stare at Scott after her shameful behavior.

However, there was no way out. They were on a trip together, and unless she wanted to pack her things and leave, she’d have to find a way to face him and apologize for how she acted.

With that thought in mind, Florence tossed her legs out of the bed and went straight to the bathroom, getting in the shower and feeling the cold water wake her up completely.
