章 55: Mo Jingzhi's departure
Early morning Mo Jingzhi got up at 4am he had scheduled his flight at 6 am , he got up kissed Anna's forehead.
After washing up he first prepared breakfast for Anna , he didn't have time for having breakfast himself he didn't pack any language as he had everything in his manor in Country M . He simply took some important documents he was about write a note for Anna when he saw her coming out of their room sleepy. She came out rubbing her eyes looking extremely cute .
She walked towards him leaned against his body said in a hoarse voice," Why don't you wake me up ?"
" You were sleeping soundly I couldn't bear to wake you up. " he really didn't have the heart to wake her up .
"Since you are up have breakfast I have already made it today starting tomorrow I have called an aunty she will take care of you from tomorrow ...." he kept nagging her .
" Ok ok " , it was already 5 am Anna went in to change she insisted on sending him off even if Mo Jingzhi asked her to stay . So when Su Cheng came to pick up he thought boss was going to bring Ms Anna with him.
When Mo Jingzhi was about to go in he hugged Anna as he was about to seperate, Anna hugged him tightly buried her face in his chest.
" Ann don't be like this or just go with me " she shook her head inhaled deeply seperated from him looked at him with a smile kissed his cheek.
" Boss we need to leave", as soon as Su Cheng finished speaking he recieved a cold stare , he immediately shut up .
Mo Jingzhi kissed her forehead turned to leave until he could see her he kept looking back .
Anna sighed she has been alone for so many years, she never felt lonely finally she has tasted the feeling of loneliness Mo Jingzhi has not even left for a minute.
She turned around drove back home got ready went to the company for the next 10 days she gave it all to the project she knew he had great hopes from this project.
On the day when the launch was scheduled Anna got up early in morning at 5 am started working in the conference hall since morning till the press conference started .
When the entire process started she finally had time to drink water . She sat in the corner observed the entire confrence.
The launch was a big success, she was quite satisfied with the results while working for the launch she also built a strong firewall for the company she would officially quit tomorrow she had already chosen a good leader from her team.
She was sure Mo Jingzhi wouldn't interfere with her decision and would trust her .
The next day when Anna got up she sighed happily she can finally meet him , she really had insomnia for last few days since Mo Jingzhi's departure.
Although the aunty took good care but she was used to food made by Mo Jingzhi she had also lost her appetite.
She messaged Mo Jingzhi went out to bid farewell to her team . As soon as she arrived everybody stood up to greet her she let them sit down.
She looked at everyone said ," So guys this is my last day here as a team with you, My work would be handled by Su Qing from today . "
Gasps could be heard from everywhere, everyone was clueless about her quitting, also she was really a good leader when they worked with the previous leader she would always let them work overtime criticize them all the time , but Anna was completely opposite.
She would reward people with good work and encourage when people fail , she arranged work in a very systematic manner. They truly admired and respected her .
Anna treated them as they were a great team. She explained everything to Su Qing drove towards the airport she had already come prepared to the office, in between she received Mo Jingzhi's call.
" When are you coming here ?" he was going to come back but had to stay there due to few issues.
" I am sorry I have something important I can't come to you ," Anna pretended to sigh sadly.
Seeing that she didn't elaborate further Mo Jingzhi didn't ask him about it he trusted her he was just too sad he truly missed her .
" Okay I am but busy I will call you later ", she lied to him and hung up . She could easily find his whereabouts herself .
14 hours later the flight landed in Country M . She took out her laptop check his whereabouts it was manor she took a taxi there slowly sneaked in the manor it was heavily guarded but someone could hardly catch Anna or else her best officer batch would be in vain.
She entered the manor there was maybe a servant or two she walked on the second floor all other room were either occupied or closed only this room looked like it was used , she went in opened the closet saw his clothes.
Mo Jingzhi was not there maybe he was busy she didn't bother him , after making sure it was his room she washed up and slept on his bed.
Inhaling his scent she slowly closed her eyes slept soundly.
While in the office everybody was tolerating the boss's wrath Mo Jingzhi was truly depressed he thought he could finally see his sweetheart but now she was not coming, he wished to fly towards her right at the moment but he was helpless.
But Mr Mo was unaware that a surprise was waiting for him on his bed in his room .He was restless for the entire day , Su Cheng was terrified boss had rejected many proposals today nobody could escape his wrath today .
He was missing ms Anna so much atleast boss would not scold him when she was close to Boss .
At 9 pm they wrapped up Su Cheng drove back to the manor, he had his own room they both went in their own rooms to rest .
