The journey from the Imperial Palace to Odimar Castle was an arduous one. Traveling from Lucinova to the Port of Lotum took a solid week, with only three escorts, and even then, it was the easiest of the strides. Crossing the Olavi's Fjord was what was most troublesome to Ciro. The waters were always churning, and storms were the expectation rather than the exception. Losing a ship or two to the treacherous waters was not an uncommon occurrence, and the fact that there was no proper port to greet them - provided that they make it to Vukland in one piece - was another bothersome feat to overcome.
