Jay gulped. Amidst this chaos he had completely forgotten to inform his boss about this matter. He berated himself in his heart 'How can you forget about this matter, you stupid Jay? Nothing is more important than this matter right now.' However, the next second his heart thumped as he thought about the result of this task.

He stammered as he answered his boss, "A… ab… about th… that… about that, boss I could not buy it." He managed to utter, "Some powerful businessman from overseas has recently bought that building and is refusing to sell it no matter the price that I offered." Jay prepared himself for his impeding doom as he waited for his boss's reaction.

"What do you mean you could not buy it? Who is that businessman?" Elliot asked irritated.
