章 300: UNEXPECTED VISITOR

People began to fall really sick, more people began to come inside the kingdom, seeking for help but there isn't much that we could do.  Madea had fallen ill, she also had the sleeping sickness but in order not to spread the sickness to the rest of us she has holed herself inside her shrine. We didn't know how to cure the sickness, the one thing that could cure it was magic and the one person who had it was already sick.

Ivan had written letters to other kingdoms, telling them to lend us their healers. Upon hearing the nature of the sickness most of them declined. The other kingdoms decided they would order their healers or magician to work on a potion that could heal the sick. Most of them failed of course.

None of the potion we used worked on the sick at all. The Viking kingdom sent their healer, the healer was able to stop the sickness but only temporarily. After a week, the sickness was back. It was better than nothing though.
