章 158: The deal

"Why did you call me here if I may ask?" Liam questioned impassively while looking at Qi Lian who couldn't take her eyes off him right from the moment he stepped inside.

Qi Lian returned to her normal self and let out a helpless smile.

"I went through your record." She stated.

Her words caused Liam to suddenly release a strong killing intent.

"What did you find?" He asked in a really chilly tone.

"Hey.. hey, I might look really young but am your master alright.. and I'm older. If I release my killing intent you might not be able to bear it."

Liam reduced his killing intent a little bit, but, he is still overly curious about what she found, some part of his past should be left unsaid, he doesn't want anyone going the extra mile to do a background check on him.
