The two of them went down the mountain and arrived at the lake. This lake was the one Lu Zhen had seen in the morning. It was embedded in the town like a sapphire.

There were wooden seats by the lake. Lu Zhen and Jiang Nan sat down. The two of them looked at the scenery quietly for a while. Lu Zhen suddenly thought of something and asked curiously, "Aunt, did my mother come to this town back then?"

Lu Zhen remembered that Jiang Fei had said that after Jiang Nan and Lu Zhen's mother met, Lu Zhen's mother had even gone to Country B to visit Jiang Nan when she was on leave.

Jiang Nan shook his head. "I didn't live here back then. I lived in a port city by the sea."

Lu Zhen looked at the lake not far away. After a moment of silence, she asked, "What kind of person is my mother?"
