Rosina cracked her head on both sides as she stretched her aching body. She had been in the Castle's cell for two days without food or water.
"Are we really staying here?" Vanda pouted against the darkness. She was placed beside Rosina's cell and has been unable to get a good night's sleep due to the cold, hard floor.
"Do you want to leave?" Rosina whispered and lay back on the straw mat to get more sleep since she was conserving her energy.
"No," Vanda answered with a deep sigh. "But it's getting boring. That man should get his sh^t together and come here to entertain us."
"Yeah, I wonder what was happening outside after our little play," Rosina replied and yawned loudly.
There were fewer rogues inside the cells compared to when Rosina arrived at the pack for the first time.
"What happened?" a weak, sickly female voice echoed across Rosina's cell.
“If it comes from a pot that reads decaf, it is not coffee. If it comes from a nut, it is not milk.”
