"Alfred, she is not a child. As much as I am happy that your concern has shifted from me to someone else, she does not need your lecture as if she is going to war. She is only going to town to go shopping or whatever trouble she can find herself in. Stop being an overbearing parent," said Edgar.

"I'm just a little bit worried about the duchess going out without you, Edgar. You know a lot of people will either flock to her and try to do something stupid. I don't want her day to be ruined by others. Should we increase her guards to three? I think it is warranted on the first day out," said Alfred.
