Damien and Andrew looked resplendent in their wedding attires. Standing on the wedding altars, they awaited their respective brides.
Andrew was filled with excitement to see Francesca, but Damien couldn't muster the same enthusiasm. Despite the special occasion, he felt a sense of detachment and unease. Taking a deep breath, Damien looked down as his gaze fell on Édouard and Charlotte, who were more enthusiastic about his marriage than him.
Édouard gestured for him to smile and whispered in Charlotte's ear, "Damien's facial expressions are neutral."
Charlotte reassured him, whispering back, "Just wait until he sees his bride. His face will surely light up then."
