Tove understood the chess pieces and picked up the pawn after Damien pushed the pawn first. Damien asked her to place the pawn as he had told her.
She put the pawn after moving it one step ahead. "Is this right?" Tove asked who was seated on the other side of the table, on the rug. Earlier, Damien told her to sit on the sofa chair, but she did not agree.
"Hmm."
Damien used the next move and soon he defeated her in the game.
"That was fun," Damien said and smiled before leaning back on the chair.
Tove started to place every piece on the chessboard. "It appears like a battle," Tove said as she put the pieces gradually.
"Oh, yes. It is a battle," Damien replied. "Every piece has a meaning and they all protect the King," he asserted.
"I thought the King is powerful," Tove remarked. "But he needs protection," she stated.
