レビューを書くReally digging the way the characters have been portrayed and the slight shifts from the actual mythology. Best rendition of Hades and Persephone I've read so far!
WRITING QUALITY: There is consistency with the flow of the story at the first time I had set my eyes to start reading this. I have no issues with the grammar and words used to expedite its delivery thus it had me well immersed in reading it. Although there were a few typos, still it didn't negate my focused reading on it. STORY DEVELOPMENT: With regards to the storyline, this has already piqued my interest as I had loved anything all about Greek mythology. What makes it more captivating is that modern technology and other related stuff to modernisation is so well depicted and combined with the how's, what's, who's, and the where's of ancient Greek mythology (Our primordial gods and goddesses; the Titans; the Olympians); being added with the wonderful accents and embellishments like your unexpected twists and turns to make it more dazzlingly exciting and amazing. CHARACTER DESIGN: I have no need to expound about our main characters' portrayals in this case because they are so much relatable and spontaneous with their interactions between one another. We already know who's the lord of the Underworld and his equal other half when they are both charming being together as a couple (but this is to be realised further in the story). Also we have the other important characters into play with our main leads; some likeable and some are not; but nonetheless they also have their significant roles in the story and at the same time with so many differences between them. UPDATING STABILITY: So far, this has a one-chapter update per week as per latest record; if the author would be able to make daily updates at least two chapters per day, maybe it would suffice to the readers following this novel. WORLD BACKGROUND: As characterised as such, we have our ancient Greek gods and goddesses living in the modern world using high technology and services that encompasses anything of it (AI and robots, modern hi-tech equipment and gadgets, their extravagant, modernized, sophisticated facilities and buildings/residences, etc.). You will have no problems of visualising in any of the settings here where every kind of event, circumstance or occurrence unfolds. At the latest chapter, we are only at the start of the blossoming encounters between our main leads and I am looking forward to see more of their further character development between themselves and within their story. As for our author, keep it up and you're doing a great job with this. 👍👍👍🙌🙌🙌
Im not into greek stuff that much but i started reading this book because i loved this author’s previous work ‘May death do us part’ If you’re into transmittion check it out. This one is great too! 😁 i love the mordernization of the greek gods its intriguing.
The plot is really really good and the way the author has played around with the story behind story is amazing. It's a slow burn novel and I'm interested in what lies ahead.
one of the best I've had to read. it's just the beginning but very interesting, filled with fantasy (a dip in Greek mythology) and develops the reader's deductive mind. I am and I remain fascinated by the genre of the novel and the lexicon used. I can't wait to discover more than that ☺️
