Du Meilan didn't go to work today. She gave herself a day off and took care of everything at home while waiting for her son and in-laws to come back in the evening.

Bill accompanied Pei Xi for a pregnancy checkup. Everything went smoothly and they even attended a newbie parenting class before returning.

Pei Xi bought a lot of things for the baby. Milk bottles, pacifiers, clothes and toys. As she did not know if it was a boy or a girl, she bought a set of black, white, red, yellow, and all kinds of colors.

She got them delivered to the Pei family.

The amount of things she bought was shocking.

Pei Xi watched from the side as the staff unloaded the truck.

Bill found that one of the baby's milk bottles had his favorite character printed on it.

His eyes lit up. "Baby, that's so cute. Did you buy it because I like it?"

"Put the stroller inside. It's quite heavy…"
