"Let me see the drug." Derek demanded and the doctor with shaky hands reached inside his pocket and fetched an ampule and handed it over to him.

Derek took the ampule and turned it around. There was nothing written on the ampule. Or maybe they've rubbed it off. Witty, weren't they?

"And you were actually planning to do it..." Derek drawled still looking at the ampule and turning it around before finally lifting his eyes and looking at him. "Is that what you vowed to do?"

The doctor looked down at his hands that were fisted on the table. He felt like a fool now seeing that someone who didn't even know anything in his field of work was trying to reprimand him.
