章 114: The Short Reunion

The maids were worried that Princess Roseanne fainted in her sleep, so they told one of them to run for help. The maid who got the task of calling for help ran in a panic until she accidentally bumped into someone and fell to the ground.

He looked up and found Duke Aslan looking at him with a cold stare.

"Princess Roseanne is still in the lake?" the man asked.

The maid nodded. Aslan then walked past her without helping the woman to get up from the ground. The maid tried to catch up to the duke's wide stride.

Aslan, who arrived at the lake gazebo, frowned at the sight of the three maids surrounding Rosie while calling out and shaking the girl's body.

"What's wrong? Something happened to Princess Roseanne?" asked Aslan, making the three women who were busy waking the princess startled. 

"My Lord…."
