Jeremy ushered the Cassanos out of the door, ready to face the punishment and criticism from the people. If they had to suffer from the rules they have made, Jeremy would gladly accept it. The plan would still work along with Louise and the protesters who joined them by heart. 

Jeremy closed the door, locked it for a while, and shushed the detective from retrieving any complaints. Vincent, Etienne, and Jon Cho stayed at the pillars, but after a second, they got knocked off by the detectives. This is the end of their freedom, and the shackles would be placed around their wrists.
