Tommy felt he had won everything. In addition to almost successfully pulling Becca into his arms, he also managed to hire all of his employees to work with him, except for Drake.

 Yeah, Drake was an exception since he knew how his best friend felt about Becca. Tommy certainly didn't want what happened to him and Paige to happen to Becca and Drake.
