章 41: CHAPTER 41:Husband-Wife Vibes
SIMRAN 'S POV
There was a break of just 10 minutes after back to back classes, raj was staring at me all the time, his constant gaze on me made me smile and blush hard, he winked in between making me all red , all my friends noticed it and teased me a lot
It was around 2:30 as our classes finished and we all came out of the classroom
we all went to cafeteria and sat down on our table in the corner
"So guys what's the plan", asked seema
"We will be going for my engagement shopping along with my mom and dad , I want you all to join me for shopping", sneha said
meanwhile raj , sameer, vijay also joined us
" lekin abhi tho we all are tired and I want to change my dress too ", I replied
"ek kaam karte sab se pehle simran ke ghar chalte hai, wo change kar legi phir let's go to my house, mom invited you all", sneha replied to which everyone agreed
" yaar inn ladkiyo ko shopping ke alava koi dikhta hi nahi", sameer said looking at sneha
"haan yaar sneha Tu aisi kyu hai bechara keh raha tha tu isko bilkul bhi bhaav nahi deti", raj teased them
" itne saal se bhaav diya hai wahi bahut hai", sneha replied and showed her tongue to him and all ended up laughing at sameer
"Tujhe tho mai baad mai dekh lunga sneha ki bacchi", sameer said
" accha raj mom wants you to come in the evening for shopping with us", sneha said
"lekin raj tho mere saath aayega na with my family", sameer replied
" sameer tum bhool rahe ho raj bhai hai mera and I want him to be with me aur wese bhi we all will be going together but in different cars ,raj is coming with me and that's final" sneha said
"theek hai baba" , sameer replied
"wese bhi badi maa aur papa ko mile huwe bahut din ho gaye", raj said
I looked at him in confusion
" i address them as badi maa Aur papa,sneha's dad is my father's best friend", he replied to clear my confusion
"so guys let's leave", sneha said
we all got up and started leaving , raj was walking beside me,he held my hand , I stopped and looked at him
"Bye khayaal rakhna apna",he said i just nodded my head with a smile
He was not leaving my hand so i asked " tho mai jaao?"
he nodded his head without leaving my hand again
"haath chorega tho jaayegi na wo " sameer said looking at us with a smirk, raj left my hand looking embarrassed and I blushed
We got into an auto and reached my home first, sneha and all my friends we're talking with my mom as my mom served them snacks I went to my room to change, I usually don't feel uncomfortable in jeans but I was feeling a bit tired, so I took a shower, and came out of the bathroom, I chose a simple creme colour sleeveless kurti with straight pant, I just applied an eye liner, lipgloss, and ended with spraying some perfume, I was looking decent and comfortable, I came down stairs, my mom served me some snacks, I ate it quickly, I told mom to inform dad that I will be late, sneha immediately told mom that she will take care of me and they will drop me home safely, my mom hugged me and kissed my forehead, and we left
We all reached sneha's home , her mom welcomed us with a warm hug,as we all settled ourselves down in living area, the preparations for her engagement was started already as we saw some people talking to her father, few of her relatives started coming , her cousins started gossiping about her relationship with sameer, after a lot of gossiping sessions and eating our lunch with them , it was evening already , Raj too came along with some workers as he entered inside the living room, he looked at me with a smile as I smiled back too
He touched sneha 's mom's and dad's feet
"badi maa ye decorators hai, dad ne inse baat karli hai they will start the work from today itself", raj said
Sneha 's mom thanked him and said " thank you so much beta for always being here for us to which he replied with a smile " beta hoon aapka ,farz hai mera "
Sneha's mom kept her hand on his head, raj was called by sneha's dad to have a discussion about catering arrangements, he left
Sneha's mom told us to leave for shopping, she said that they will first go to buy rings for sameer and sneha along with sameer 's parents , and we were asked to go for buying dresses for sneha and sameer for their engagement
"aunty sameer ki engagement dress hum hi lenge wo select nahi karenge kya? "I asked her
"no beta engagement ke kapde ladki waali bhejte hai ladke ko", she said to which I replied with a " oh "
Raj came and said " badi maa caterers will come tomorrow afternoon and you have to just give them the menu, the dishes will be brought on Sunday , engagement raat mai haina tho dinner ke 2-3 hours pehle wo sab le aayenge "
"thank you so much beta,may god bless you ", she said
Raj came towards us , and sat down beside me on the sofa, he looked visibly tired, sneha 's mom ordered the butler to bring something for raj to eat
Butler came back with some vegetable biryani and cool drink for raj , he served the dinner for him on the dining table
" raj beta kuch khaa lo phir shopping ke liye nikalna hai tum logo ko", sneha 's dad said
"aap log nahi aa rahe ho kya?" , Raj asked him
"nai hum first rings lene jaayenge sameer ki family ke saath , phir we will join you guys at the mall", he replied
Raj slowly moved close to my ear and asked " tumne kuch khaaya? " , I just nodded my head getting affected by his close proximity , he held my hand and got up from the sofa
"raj kya kar rahe ho sab dekh rahe hai",I said trying to free my hand from his grip
"Mujhe company do on the dining table" he said slowly, though everyone looked at us with sharp eyes
Looking at my hesitation, sneha said " simran please thoda Raj ko dinner theek se serve kardena, as he has to be energetic you know he will be driving the car till late night " I nodded my head as Raj dragged me towards the dinning table
Raj left my hand and pulled the chair for me, I sat down, and he settled down beside me
I took a plate for him and filled it with veg biryani and added some coke for him in a glass , he kept smiling while looking at me
"Aisa lag raha hai jaise hum dono husband wife ho" , he commented making me blush
"aap khaao mai ati hoon "i said and got up to leave but he held my hand and asked me to sit with his eyes, I sat down
he started eating , I noticed he looked really tired so I asked " aapne lunch kiya tha? " he looked at me and nodded in no
"kyu?" I questioned him
"wo itna kaam tha aaj ki time kab nikal gaya pata hi nahi chala", he said while playing with spoon without eating
I added some more rice in his plate
"no I am full", he said
khaa lo chup chaap", I said looking away from him
" tum bhi khaao mere saath thoda", he said and took a spoon full off food and placed it infront of my mouth, I nodded in no, but he didn't listen to me and said " khaao warna I am not going to eat too " , I ate it and blushed realising that we were eating from same spoon , we were looking at each other and I unknowingly bit my lips making him look down and he murmured something which was hardly audible
Sneha joined us on the dining table and started looking at us with a smile " so what's going on " she asked as she settled down beside me on the other side
"What? ",Raj asked as he again placed a spoon full of rice in front of my mouth
I moved my face blushing, while sneha kept saying " Aww aww" making me blush more
"thoda sa khaa lo, this is last please" , Raj said making me look at him
"khaa lena itne pyaar se bol raha hai" , sneha said
I moved forward and ate it, Raj smiled as he moved close to me and wiped some rice away from the corner of my mouth making me shiver
"ahem ahem Raj tum kuch zyaada hi bold ho rahe ho", sneha said making Raj conscious as he moved away immediately
"kuch meetha nahi hai" Raj asked to change the topic probably sneha said no
"Chalo i am done, let's go", Raj said and we went to sneha 's mom and dad , they gave us the detailed list which we have to purchase from the mall , sneha 's dad informed us that they already spoke to the manager, so we have to just select the items and pack it ,Raj said that he has brought his car and we will be going in that, sameer and family will be coming in the other car along with vijay
We went towards the car, as everyone settled down, Raj asked me to sit with him infront seat, he opened the door for me, I sat down without arguing with him
Raj sat down and started the car , there was complete silence inside the car,anjali and seema already looked sleepy
" yaar guys kuch baat karo i am bored",sneha said
"mujhe tho neend aa rahi,aur isko dekh almost so chuki hai" ,seema said as we looked at anjali who was closing her eyes
"i am not sleeping", anjali murmured
" raj ye sameer phone kyun nahi uthaa raha mera?" , sneha asked
"busy hoga baad mai try kar lena", raj said
